- Respondent: natural persons who complete a survey prepared by a researcher.
What information does EnquêteTools collect?
The following personal data is collected for each registered user:
- First Name
- Last name
- E-mail address
If the Invitation module is used, then the above information is also collected per respondent.
Subscribe and unsubscribe emails.
SurveyTool sends e-mails to the e-mail of the researcher for information and promotion of the SurveyTool platform. SurveyTool will not use the email from the researcher for commercial activities of third parties. The researcher always has the option to unsubscribe from the mailings from SurveyTool.
Property data from survey
The data collected via the questions of a survey remains the property of the researcher at all times. This data will never be shared or sold by EnquêteTools with third parties without the explicit permission of the researcher.
Where is the data stored?
The servers of SurveyTool are located at TransIP in the data center in Amsterdam.

SurveyTool works together with a software developer for the management and expansion of its platform. A commercial marketing platform is used to send mailings. SurveyTool requires all parties to work in accordance with the AVG’s private act legislation. A list of the sub-workers is available on request.
SurveyTool is owned by CHJ Internet. CHJ Internet residences at Beekstraat 6, Utrecht, The Netherland and is registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under registrationnumber 30244720.
